Configure general feed settings
Set the feed name, type (CSV or XML), and status. Select the store view and customer group (for tier pricing, if applicable). Choose whether to include or exclude out-of-stock, disabled, not visible, or missing-image products, plus child products when the parent has images.
Form the feed content for CSV file format
Choose exactly what product data to include in your eBay feed file. Select the attributes you need, set their format, and map them to eBay fields by entering the appropriate column headers. You can also use drag and drop to quickly reorder attributes.
Build the feed content for XML file format
Configure XML feed content directly in the extension’s XML editor by inserting XML tags and attribute codes. Similar to CSV feeds, you can leverage existing attributes from the Attributes dropdown or create custom, condition-based attributes.
Determine feed formatting
Control how numbers and dates appear in your feed. Choose the currency and its abbreviation, set the number of decimal places, define decimal and thousand separators, and select a date format to ensure eBay receives your product and inventory data in a consistent, easy-to-read layout.
Apply flexible conditions
Use conditions to choose which products go into your feed. Filter items by product attributes (e.g. brand, SKU, price, category, size, color, and more), by inventory attributes, or by combining multiple conditions for more precise selection.
Enable automatic feed generation
The cron option lets you generate and update feeds automatically on a schedule. Set the runtime and frequency (hourly, daily, weekly, etc.) to keep your catalog up to date while minimizing impact on store performance and reducing manual effort.
Submit feeds from Magento 2 to eBay with FTP/SFTP
Enter your FTP/SFTP connection details in the extension and configure scheduled feed retrieval in eBay Seller Hub or eBay MIP (Merchant Integration Platform) to automatically send feeds and keep eBay data synchronized with your Magento 2 store.

Condition-Based Attributes
